Kate Middleton, 33, has been working with a London-based personal trainer and eating a diet full of organic fruits and vegetables, according to People magazine.A source tells People magazine that Kate has been working out with a top London personal trainer, who also works with A-listers and other royals. Kate stayed active throughout her pregnancy to make sure losing weight post-baby would be less of a challenge.
People says the trainer “was brought on board while she was pregnant and is super discreet. It’s a lot of money, but you get a lot for the price. The trainer checks in remotely with Kate by phone every day as well as seeing her in person once a week.”
Kate has always filled her diet with organic fruits and vegetables and lean meats. “The whole program is very sensible — it’s not fad-based and is really focused on your overall health and well-being,” the source tells People.
I guess the old-fashioned diet and exercise is working for Kate!
