Kate Middleton Lost Baby Weight 6 Weeks After Giving Birth

 She’s back in her skinny jeans! Kate Middleton was spotted just six weeks after giving birth to Charlotte, looking slim and fit. Find out how she got her toned post-baby body below!

Back to basics! Kate Middleton, 33, has been working with a London-based personal trainer and eating a diet full of organic fruits and vegetables, according to People magazine.

 
A source tells People magazine that Kate has been working out with a top London personal trainer, who also works with A-listers and other royals. Kate stayed active throughout her pregnancy to make sure losing weight post-baby would be less of a challenge.  

People says the trainer “was brought on board while she was pregnant and is super discreet. It’s a lot of money, but you get a lot for the price. The trainer checks in remotely with Kate by phone every day as well as seeing her in person once a week.”

Personalized “fitness routine and health monitoring”are part of Kate’s program. People points out that Kate breast-fed Prince George, so she is likely doing the same with baby Charlotte.

Kate has always filled her diet with organic fruits and vegetables and lean meats. “The whole program is very sensible — it’s not fad-based and is really focused on your overall health and well-being,” the source tells People.

I guess the old-fashioned diet and exercise is working for Kate!
