Champions League: Ronaldo Brace As Real Madrid Demolish APOEL

Cristiano Ronaldo stuck twice, as Real Madrid defeated APOEL Nicosia 3-0 in the Champions League on Wednesday night in the group stage.

Leading the pack is Real Madrid as the star team of the moment as defending champs, top winner with 9 titles and Cristiano Ronaldo adding to his tally.

The defending champions began their campaign on a very comfortable note, seeing off the Greek side at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Ronaldo(CR7), who is currently serving a domestic ban, opened scoring in the 12th minute. His second came from the penalty spot early in the second half.

Sergio Ramos’ overhead kick wrapped up a fine night for the Spanish giants to seal the win.
