The Commander of the 13 Brigade, Calabar  lead a team of soldiers to clean up heaps of refuse from the popular Calabar Watt Market serving a large populace in sales of groceries and key household needs.
The state governor, Senator Ayade, has not been able to effectively fight refuse menace in Calabar.

And to think that this is an area we had a niche, where other states were copying from us how to keep their cities clean, falling from the standard of beauty it once showed.

The Soldiers did an effective clean up. Kudos to the 13 Brigade Command in serve to humanity.
