If you hate cooking and still want to eat healthy, fruits and salads could be an ideal solution for you. You only need to select your preferred superfoods and wash them thoroughly without worrying about dirty pots and utensils. Although you might not live all your life by these, the truth is that they will help you stay healthy and strong for long.

6.    Eat out

There is no harm in eating out especially in a trusted restaurant near you. While at it, always make sure to choose your foods carefully and avoid foods which have excess sodium, fat and saturated fat. Always eat what you need and avoid big portions.
