First Private University In Cross River State Granted Operational License

The Federal Executive Council today granted operational license to Arthur Javis University of Technology, Calabar.


By this feat Arthur Javis University of Technology is now the first private university not just in Calabar but the entire Cross River state.

The cheering news about this development is that,once the university commence full academic program it will boost the local economy and curtail capital flight in terms of tertiary education, we've patronized these private universities particularly in Enugu,Anambra,Edo,Rivers,and Ogun states for too long as a result of the lacuna of not having a private university in our state.

I urge other indigenous investors to invest in motherland.We can make good things happen,our coast is clear.
