Why should he be comparing Hugo Chavez's socialist Venezuela to the capitalist regime Jonathan ran? Whilst Chavez and his protégé(successor) were busy nationalising all the private firms, Jonathan was known for his privatisation(opposite of Nationalisation) drive.
Whilst the Venezuelan people were(and are still being) controlled by the state, the Nigerian state is controlled to a large extent by the people. There is no basis whatsoever for comparison between the dynamics of how things played out in Venezuela post Chavez to how things would have turned out in Nigeria if Jonathan had stayed.
I thought Basketmouth would have outgrown such childish tantrums but
it only seems he has been able to transfer throwing such on stage to
doing it on social media. We all remember how he was booed off stage on a
couple of occassions(Unilag&one other stage) a few years back for
his series of dry jokes and instead of bowing his head in shame and
sneaking out to go re-invent himself, he decided to curse out(in his
usual arrogant manner) at the students and their families whose only
crime was correcting him. Even after they had invested their hard earned
time and money to come watch him flop.
So basketmouth, my question for you this afternoon is, are you Peter Pan that has refused to grow? What really is your problem? Even the dreadlocks hairstyle you carry up and down at your old age is what you should have done ten-fifteen years ago. In fact let me ask you another one: Are you growing up or growing down?
