A 1.5 MT Dangote cement plant and a 30 MW coal-powered power plant in Zambia have been commissioned by Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo.
The launching which had in attendance the Zambian President Edgar Chagwa Lungu, Aliko Dangote and other top dignitaries.
