Former Super Eagles’ Captain Sunday Oliseh has been confirmed as the new Head Coach of Super Eagles following the sacking of Coach Stephen Keshi.
It has been widely reported that Sunday Oliseh wont be handling that role alone but will be accompanied by a Dutch technical assistant.
The task which lie ahead of Sunday Oliseh is so enormous as he will be saddled with the responsibility of coming up with 5–year developmental plan for all the national teams and other development programmes for the team.
Oliseh who has won 63 caps for Nigeria between 1993 and 2002, the Africa Cup of Nations gold, silver and bronze medals is held in high esteem by Nigerians.
We hope that he would be given the necessary support and encouragement to work.
