The much awaited verdict of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on the perjury suit filed against Governor Ben Ayade by Mr Joe Agi SAN has been postponed to July 31, 2015.
Chief Press Secretary to Governor Ayade, Mr Christian Ita told Cross Wire in a telephone call Wednesday.
Ita said that further developments on the matter would be relayed to the public as they unfold.
Recall that Mr Joe Agi had taken Governor Ayade to court over alleged age forgery.
His is the only pending litigation against Ayade over the April 11 gubernatorial poll.
