Skin Care Routine Before Going To Bed

This should be Your Skin Care Routine For The Night

An inevitable part of life is getting old and whether we like it or not, each day that passes by takes away a fragment of our youth.
 However, we can try to preserve and maintain the good looks you have now and it all starts with a good night time skin care routine.

 1. Wash with soap and water: The aim is to eradicate makeup, grit, oil and environmental pollutants that accumulated on your face during the day.

2. Rinse with water: This is best done using warm water in order to dilate the veins thereby causing an increase in blood flow.

3. Lather up again: This time, follow up the warm rinse with a cold one to help close up blood vessels and firm the skin.

4. Towel dry: This helps remove heaped-up dead cells and allows healthy young cells to reach the surface. Towel upward, against the pull of gravity. Be brisk but gentle — the towel will do a great job with almost no pressure. Your face may glow briefly from the exfoliation, but don’t worry, you’re helping your skin, not hurting it.

5. Moisturize: Your face needs some moisture and if you aren’t naturally producing those, its ok to use a moisturizer on your face.
