This photo was shared by a Facebook user who said that the civilian seen above was ordered to frog jump all because he scratched the vehicle of a military man.
He wouldn’t have done this purposely, would he? This doesn’t seem right though, the way most of these military men punish civilian for little mistakes.
They should focus more on Serious National Issues like combating Boko Haram insurgents and not harmless citizens.
