Caitlyn Jenner Thrilled With Same Sex Marriage Ruling

Entertainment, Celebrity News, Caitlyn Jenner, Hollywood, Same Sex Marriage, President Barack Obama

On June 26, history was made when the Supreme Court ruled to legalize same sex marriage in all 50 states, and Caitlyn Jenner couldn’t be happier. But despite it being a day of rejoicing, Caitlyn’s not singing praises to President Barack Obama. Find out why.

If there’s anyone who knows how important it is to feel equal and accepted, it’s Caitlyn Jenner. The 65-year-old glamorous diva is elated that in a 5-4 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of legalizing same sex marriage nationwide. But, at the same time, she doesn’t want to give President Barack Obama all the credit.

We have a feeling Caitlyn’s somewhere raising one of her expensive champagne flutes, toasting to yesterday's historic news. Sources close to Cait reveal that she’s overjoyed with the news and feels overwhelmingly endeared. “Caitlyn’s all about love, especially now that marriage equality has been recognized by the Supreme Court. She’s got nothing but love in her heart [and] is very happy with the changes that are being made in her country.”

Caitlyn may very well be “happy” with the changes the country is making, but she’s still playing the old boys’ political game. We’re told Cait is true to her Republican party and doesn’t want to come off sounding too Pro-Obama.

“She is keeping things close to her vest and doesn’t want to show that she is giving all the praise to Barack,” another source explains. “At the end of the day, Caitlyn is a Republican and she wants to make sure that her support ultimately praises her party, even though they aren’t necessarily on board with these major changes that are happening on Barack’s clock!”

The more things change, the more they stay the same.
