Are FRSC Officials Supposed To Beat Up A Citizen?

According to a twitter user, who tweets at @boldprecie, tweeted about 30 mins ago saying these FRSC officials attacked a driver who was driving on MFM/Magboro access road, not the highway where they usually operate and beat him up.

 The driver’s offence was not known though. But, the question Nigerians are now asking online is that, are they supposed to beat him up? Other road users who saw the assault tried to calm the situation as seen in the photos above. Just too sad!
